The autorun.inf causes opening your drive in seperate window and disable the folder options etc....it is a type of trojan... let us show how it delete manually!
Method 1
1)Open task manager and end the processes wscript.exe and explorer.exe if it is running.
2)Open up “File | New Task (Run)” in the Task manager
3)Then type CMD , and type the command , del #:autorun.* /f/a/s/q
4)# represents the drive name.
Method 2
Download autorun eater and execute it. it remove all your autorun.inf files in your drive but be sure you must back up you autorun files that you needed. because it also delete these files too.
Method 3
1)Open note pad and save as autorun.inf
2)Copy that files into your drives
3)if your drive is infected a conformation message display for replacing the existing file
4)Click replace button and restart your PC suddenly.
